Municipal Benchmarking Report: Findings from the GCRO’s Quality of life survey 7 (2023/24)
This municipal benchmarking report presents a comparative analysis of various quality of life indicators for residents in the nine municipalities of the Gauteng province, as assessed through the Gauteng City-Region Observatory’s (GCRO) Quality of Life (QoL) Survey 7 (2023/24). The report presents findings from QoL 7 across several thematic areas, including government satisfaction; access to and satisfaction with services; health; transport; migration; crime and safety; poverty, hunger and food security; and community and social attitudes.
