Shamsunisaa Miles-Timotheus joins the GCRO as a Quality of Life Intern

Shamsunisaa Miles-Timotheus joined the GCRO on the 1st of February 2023 as an Intern to work as part of the Quality of Life (QoL) 7 project team. Shamsunisaa obtained her Masters of Health Demography from the Demography and Population Studies Department at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2021. She also holds an Honours in Psychology and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology and Sociology) from the University of the Witwatersrand. Her Masters focused on the relationship present between HIV knowledge and consistency of condom use among the three most recent sexual partners. She has an interest in Sexual Health Research and believes that there is still a lot that needs to be understood and analysed within the South African context. The GCRO welcomes her to the team.
