Senior Researcher joins GCRO to lead the Quality of Life Survey

Dr. Pedzisai Ndagurwa joined the GCRO on 1 August 2022 as a Senior Researcher to lead the organisation’s flagship Quality of Survey (QoL) project. Dr Pedzisai holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the Demography and Population Studies Department at the University of the Witwatersrand. He also holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Industrial Psychology and Management) and Master of Population Studies from the University of KwaZulu Natal. He comes with invaluable large scale survey management experience and a budding publication record. Besides taking a leadership role on the QoL Survey, he will also play a key role in the analysis of data for scientific publications, to respond to government policy-relevant information needs, as well as championing the harmonisation of the data from all QoL iterations. We, at the GCRO, are happy to welcome him to the team.
